Note to advertisers from MisterMayor:

GayCityUSA.com tries VERY HARD not to link to any 'adults only' websites and it is our policy not to. (This may not always be possible: **See below...some things to consider...)

It has NO NUDITY. (although VERY, VERY, RARELY it may show butt cheeks at worst. Jockstrap advertisements for example.)

We have established GayCityXXX.com to link to the 'adults only' sites. That site is not itself X-rated, but it links to sites that are X-rated. At GayCityXXX.com one would find links to bathhouses, nudist camps, X-rated movies, X-rated galleries, etc.

GayCityUSA.com does often show males without shirts or posing in underwear, jockstraps or speedo swimsuits in G-Rated advertisements. This is a gay website, geared toward gay male homosexuals, afterall. There are also ads with women in bikini swimsuits for the lesbians entertainment as well. Sexy, provocative, and edgy ads often do sell products, but GayCityUSA.com does not cross the line of good taste and does not knowingly or intentionally violate any rules for advertisers. (Sometimes it may appear to come very close to the line, but we do not ever want to cross the line.)

GayCityUSA.com should be considered PG-13. This means that anyone over age 13, with the permission from their parents, should be able to view anything within the site. This is the goal, the aim, and the focus of GayCityUSA.com

GayCityUSA.com does not make any attempt to promote, endorse or recruit anything or anyone. It gives out information and you can make up your own mind. I inform, you decide.

**Some things to consider:

Some websites change. Once a clean site, could become an adult site without my knowledge. With so many links within GayCityUSA.com, it is difficult to keep an eye on each link, but I do try to weed out the bad links. If a bad link slips in, it is purely accidental and not intentional.

The topic of 'homosexuality' is a controversial topic and one that many people do not want their children to see at all, even in an educational and/or informative kind of way. Instead of censoring me or my site, they should buy web-filtering programs.

GayCityUSA.com is a search engine, really no different than Google, Yahoo, Bing and the others. Search engines link to many sites of many topics and sometimes things can sound very racy, sexy or even violent, but they aren't always so.

VERY IMPORTANT: GayCityUSA.com is a news headline aggregator and link aggregator.

News headlines are sometimes very salacious sounding, such as this one:

Teacher Has Sex With 14-Year-Old Student

Or this one: Calif. Gov. In Favor Of Legalized Marijuana

Or this one: Terrorist Suspect Captured In NYC

I do not endorse molesting 14-Year-Old students, nor do I endorse people to do illegal drugs, nor do I encourage terrorism.

Posting links to news headlines from legitimate news sources such as ABC News, CNN News, and other main-stream news sources, does not make for any kind of endorsement or encouragement to do anything illegal.

Often words such as 'sex', 'guns', 'drugs', 'penis', 'vaginal', 'breast' and other topics are in the news headlines. That's the real world, with real news. I don't make this stuff up, it's a wacky world out there, but posting a link to a news article does not make for any kind of an endorsement for bad behavior. (Articles for breast cancer or erectile dysfunction or gun control or vaginal creams to prevent HIV are examples.)

(Some gay people and websites may use words such as 'queer' or 'fag' or 'sissy' and other slang words. These are not hateful when in context.)

Please do not punish me for being 'gay'. (Some places have laws against lgbt discrimination.)

GayCityUSA.com is a search engine and link aggregator, really no different from Google, Yahoo, and Bing. If you can advertise on their sites, (AND THEY DO LINK TO ADULT ONLY SITES INTENTIONALLY), then you should be able to advertise on a gay one, too. If not, then you might be biased, perhaps?

The topic of homosexuality is not dirty. Only a dirty mind would think that GayCityUSA.com is a 'dirty' site. Homosexuality, like heterosexuality may sometimes be sensual, erotic, or even somewhat salacious, lustful or bawdy to a point without being dirty or X-rated. However most topics and information are not even sexually relative in the least little bit. (Just listen to the ladies on 'The View' for an example. GayCityUSA.com is certainly no more bawdy than 'The View'.)

I have spent the last 10 years trying VERY HARD to build a trusted brand out of GayCityUSA.com. A site that can be trusted by both advertisers and by web-surfers as a legitimate, legal, safe source of information. I gladly accept any and all suggestions on how to improve the site, if necessary, and am willing to remove any material deemed too risqué.

So, advertisers, please give me the chance to show you that together we can make sales! The LGBT community loves to buy products from advertisers who are not afraid to advertise on a gay site.
